McCall is her home. It is an upbeat, rural, resort town that offers year-round outdoor activities set in the pine-covered mountains rising above Payette Lake. She was born in Weiser, Idaho, and graduated from Cambridge High School before attending college at the University of Idaho in Moscow, Idaho. She started her real estate career in Idaho in 1996.
 
Her expertise is in customizing a marketing plan that will showcase the outstanding characteristics of the property you wish to sell, and maximize it's exposure to potential buyers in local, regional, national, and international venues.  She has experience in residential homes, mountain and lakefront vacation properties, luxury properties, ranches and acreage, large developments, and new build.  With over 30 years in the business, Sadie knows Idaho real estate and has been a Zillow Premier agent for 10 years.
