Meet Roylynn Fox

Before becoming a REALTOR®, I spent over 20 years in federal service, with ten years as a wildland firefighter and another decade supporting public lands through administration, logistics, and budgeting.  That work taught me grit, precision, leadership, and how to stay calm in high-stakes situations.  Those same strengths now anchor the way I advocate for buyers and sellers.

As a homeowner first in McCall, and now in Donnelly, I know firsthand what it feels like to build a life in these communities; from launching your boat at the state park five minutes from home, riding snowmobiles across a frozen lake to the ski lifts with the kids, to tending a small hobby farm and a backyard full of chickens.  I love this lifestyle, and love helping others step into it too.

Whether you are buying your first home, looking for a second home to escape to the mountains, or exploring investment properties, my focus is simple: clear communication, detailed market insight, and a grounded understanding of what it truly means to live here.

I’m backed by a top-producing team with over 30 years’ experience, providing my clients with the combined benefits of seasoned expertise and my own fresh boots-on-the-ground energy.

I was raised in Eagle, Idaho, and officially put down roots in the West Central Mountains in 2012.  After spending a career serving people and protecting the land we all love, stepping into real estate felt like a natural next chapter.  I’m passionate about our mountain lifestyle: knowing the geography not just by map, but by heart, and I look forward to helping you find your perfect home.
